Overview
A community in Japan that does PoCs and technical validation and contributes the findings publicly. It builds sample projects for technologies that are rarely used in real projects, and accumulates track records for its members and the community.
What I did
I handled community operations, automation within the community, and setting up communication and policy, alongside PoC and production work such as game development, operations automation tools, validating new OSS and libraries, prototyping ideas and supporting OSS.
